N-able Rewards Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS

Administrator means 360insights (USA) Ltd.

Program means the N‑ABLE Rewards Program and all of its component parts, as amended from time to time.

Organizer means N‑able Technologies Ltd., Floor 2, Dundee House, North Lindsay Street, Dundee, DD1 1FA.

Rewards means any reward items that may be redeemed using Reward Points, including experience rewards, digital media, gift certificates and gift cards (physical or electronic), prepaid cards, vouchers from the online catalog, prizes, N‑able‑branded merchandise, and other one‑off awards available as part of the Program.

Reward Points means points awarded to Users that may be redeemed for Rewards under the terms and conditions of the Program.

User means each N‑ABLE Reseller Account Manager and Sales Engineer who has accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • Reseller Account Manager: A sales professional within an N‑able reseller who owns and manages the entire sales process—from deal registration through closing N‑able product deals.
  • Reseller Sales Engineer: A technical expert within an N‑able reseller who provides guidance on N‑able products and supports the sales process from deal registration through close.

Website refers to www.NableRewards.com.

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to N‑ABLE’s N‑ABLE Rewards Program.

ACCEPTANCE

By accessing the Program, redeeming Reward Points, or using any part of the Website, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Use, including all posted terms, disclaimers, and limitations of liability on the Website as supplied by the Administrator.

The Organizer may modify or update these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. By using the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

ELIGIBILITY

This Program is open to Users who are residents of the United Kingdom or the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The User’s employer (the Reseller) must also be located in the United Kingdom or the United States.

Users must obtain prior permission from their employer before participating in this Program.

This Program cannot be combined with any other Organizer programs, offers, or rebates.

The Organizer may change or discontinue the Program, its rules, benefits, or participation requirements at any time, with or without notice, including changes that may affect the value of Reward Points already accumulated. Users are responsible for staying informed of all current Terms and Conditions.

Users participating in incentives such as Q1 2026 U.K. SPIFF or Q1 2026 U.S. SPIFF may not qualify for Points on all products or sales.

Employees of the Organizer, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers, or representatives—and their immediate family members or household members—are not eligible to participate in any sales‑related Program. Organizer employees may participate only in approved internal reward or recognition programs.

TO PARTICIPATE

N-able Change: United States of America & Canada Q1 & Q2 SPIFF Details

From January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026, Users can generate N‑able pipeline and close new business to earn up to $3,400 in cash‑equivalent reward points per deal.

To qualify, deals must:

  • Be deal registered
  • A new customer or cross-sell deal
  • Include purchases over 100 user seats for the following eligible products:
    Cove Data Protection, Adlumin MDR, and N‑Central RMM (UEM).
  • Renewals do not qualify for this incentive

How to Earn Rewards

Users can earn:

  • 110 points ($100): Submit a qualified N‑able deal registration worth $10,000+ Net New ARR (5%).
  • 220 points ($200): For every accepted deal registration of $10,000+ Net New ARR that results in a one‑hour demo and sales call with a N‑able AE (25% stage in N‑able sales cycle).
  • 330 points ($300): Progress a deal to Technical Stage (50%) for MDR, Cove, or UEM.
  • Close‑Won Deal Points (Net New ARR):
    • $15,000 → 825 points ($750)
    • $25,000 → 1,100 points ($1,000)
    • $35,000 → 1,650 points ($1,500)
    • $50,000 → 2,200 points ($2,000)
    • $75,000 → 3,300 points ($3,000)

United States of America Introductory Q1 SPIFF

From April 1, 2026 through April 24, 2026, Users may earn additional points through the N‑able Easter Egg Hunt.

Actions & Points

  • First login →  55 points ($50)
  • Post about N‑able on LinkedIn (must submit proof) → 110 points ($100)

*points must be claimed by April 24, 2026

The Organizer is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or delayed entries. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply with Program rules, misuse of the Program, providing false information, or acting against the interests of the Organizer or Administrator may result in termination of participation and loss of all accrued Reward Points.

MSP deals and Renewal SKUs are excluded from this incentive.

TIMING

The Program runs from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 (inclusive).

USE OF DATA

The Administrator collects personal data provided during registration.
Use of such data is described in the Privacy Policy on the Website.
By checking the “accept terms and conditions” box, the User agrees to these terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy.

EARNING REWARD POINTS

Reward Points are awarded as Users progress through qualified sales stages.

Points will begin being awarded daily starting April 1, 2026 and will be backdated to January 1, 2026.

Users may:

  1. Save Reward Points for later redemption,* or
  2. Redeem Reward Points at www.NableRewards.com

Reward Points expire 12 months after allocation unless redeemed.

Fraudulent use or activity will result in immediate suspension and possible termination of the User’s account.

Tax Requirements

  • U.K. Users: Responsible for declaring awards and paying applicable taxes.
  • U.S. Users: Must complete a W‑9 form.
  • 360insights (USA) Ltd manages 1099 reporting annually.

PREPAID CARDS

Users must activate prepaid cards before use and agree to the card provider’s terms and conditions. Additional fees may apply.

KYC verification may be required for higher-value card loads. Cards may be suspended if required by law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately.
Once activated, the User assumes all risk for card funds.

ORDERING REWARDS

Reward Points may only be redeemed via the Website.
Rewards can be changed within 24 hours by contacting customer service.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other form of payment.

Rewards can only be delivered to the User’s country of residence.

If a Reward becomes unavailable, a replacement of similar value will be offered or points reinstated.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery times vary but generally do not exceed 25 business days.

Users must inspect deliveries and report damage within 24 hours.
Damaged or broken items must be returned immediately for replacement.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized items
  • Perishable goods (flowers, food)
  • Personal items (jewelry, cosmetics)
  • Worn apparel

Once received in good condition, all risk transfers to the User, and future issues fall under manufacturer warranties.

GIFT CARDS AND CERTIFICATES

Gift cards may not be returned unless incorrectly issued.
Lost or stolen cards incur replacement fees and may not be replaceable, depending on retailer policy.

ORDER DISPUTES

Disputes must be reported promptly.
Proof of delivery may not be available after 2 months, and neither the Administrator nor suppliers can accept liability for disputes raised late.

TERMINATION

The Organizer or Administrator may cancel or suspend the Program at any time.

Users will receive written notice of termination and have 30 days to redeem remaining Reward Points before they are forfeited.

TAX

Users are responsible for complying with all personal tax obligations.
In the U.S. and Canada, the Administrator will issue 1099s or T4As as required.

GENERAL

The Organizer’s decisions are final.
The Organizer and Administrator are not liable for the actions of third parties or for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
